Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
